Methods: Natural & Washed (Uganda) / Mountain Water Process Decaf (Mexico)

The Ugandan lots are a mix of natural and washed coffees, adding both fruit sweetness and clarity. The Mexican beans undergo a gentle water-based decaffeination using pure mountain water, keeping the flavour intact and the caffeine low. The result is a smooth, low-caffeine coffee that still feels indulgent — all flavour, no frenzy.

A thoughtful 50/50 blend of two distinctive coffees — Uganda (African Moon) and Mexico Mountain Water Process Decaf.

The Ugandan component comes from smallholder farmers working the steep slopes of the Rwenzori Mountains, known as the Mountains of the Moon. Grown in rich volcanic soil at altitudes up to 2,000 m, it brings natural sweetness, cocoa depth, and smooth body.

The Mexican half is decaffeinated in the country’s south using the Mountain Water Process, a natural method that preserves flavour while removing caffeine. Beans from Chiapas and Oaxaca add nutty, honeyed tones and a clean finish that rounds out the blend beautifully. 

Together, they create a coffee that’s balanced, chocolatey, and satisfying — perfect for afternoons, evenings, or anytime you’d like to slow things down.
